Exchange, return and refund policy

If you want to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason – we’re here to help!

1. Conditions for exchanging products in the event of an incorrect purchase:

– For exchanges, the customer must, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days after collecting the product, contact our Customer Service through the contacts shown above, informing the product they wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
– The customer may exchange the product for a product of greater value and pay the difference between the value of the products, or for a product of lesser value, for which the difference between the value of the product purchased and the product exchanged will be refunded.
– The deadline for completing the product exchange procedure is up to 72 working hours.

 

2. Refund conditions in the event of a faulty exchange:

– If the product purchased has any kind of problem or damage, the customer must, within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) calendar days, after the payment confirmation data, contact our Customer Service through the contacts shown above, stating what the problem is with the product purchased.
– Once the refund request has been formalized, our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
– The product will be subjected to technical analysis to identify the problem reported by the customer, and within 5 (five) working days the customer will receive feedback by email and WhatsApp (if available) on the return of the analysis.
– If the problem is not confirmed, the store will be willing to exchange the product for the customer at no additional cost and the product previously reported as faulty will be returned to the store.
– If the problem is confirmed, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid within the period described in item 5.

 

3. Refund condition in case of resistance:

– In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the customer must, within a maximum of 7 (seven) days of collecting the product, contact our Customer Service via the contacts shown above, stating that they wish to return the product and receive a refund.
– Once the refund request has been formalized, our team will reply to your request within 24 hours.
– The Consumer Protection Code states that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in the event of a complaint.

4. Deadline for requesting a refund:

–  After the 7-day period guaranteed by the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), refund obligations are free of charge for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the payment confirmation data of your order.

 

5. Refund terms and conditions:

– After formalization by email, contact on our 0800 or WhatsApp our team will return your request within 24 hours.

– After our return, the deadline for receiving the refund amount is up to 72 working hours, and the amount will be refunded by the same form of payment made at the time of purchase.

– As stated above, the refund will be made using the same payment method as at the time of purchase, which may be a credit card, pix or boleto bancário. 

 – Credit card: The amount of the purchase will be sent to the card administrator, who will charge the amount of the purchase to the customer’s invoice. Central das Licenças will send the customer proof of the chargeback made to the card company.
PIX: When payment is made via Pix, the chargeback will be made to the same account that made the payment via Pix.
Boleto Bancário: In the case of payment via boleto, no chargeback amount will be refunded to a checking or savings account provided by the buyer

6 – Return shipping:
– There is no freight charge for returning or refunding the product, as it is a product delivered digitally to the customer, so there is no charge.
