It’s very important that your Windows is fully up-to-date for the activation to work properly, so please go to Windows Update on your computer and do all the pending updates before trying to activate Windows.
1 – Select the start button and click on settings
3 – Click on update and security
4 – Click on ACTIVATION
5 – Click on Change Product Key
6 – Enter the product key you entered.
If you have another version of Windows installed (Windows 7, Windows 8, or 8.1) you need to upgrade to Windows 10.
